Why does my credit card/bank statement have a charge from "TheResourceBox.com"?
The Resource Box is the parent company that maintains this website and sells the Become a Best-Selling Author product. This is the first product our company is selling, but we hope to sell additional educational resources in the future.
Do you accept payment by check/money order? What about Paypal or Google Checkout?
We do accept payment by check/money order. Simply proceed to checkout and it is an available payment method. Please send checks to:

We do not currently accept paypal or google checkout through our secure shopping cart, BUT we can arrange payment using paypal if you choose. Simply contact us, and we will send a paypal invoice for the purchase price.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders made before noon central standard time (CST) are usually shipped on the same day. All other orders are shipped within one business day.
All shipments are carried via UPS Ground, unless you specify a PO Box for shipping. In that case, your order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. In both cases, you will be emailed a tracking number upon shipment.
