Shipping Policies

Orders made before noon central standard time (CST) are usually shipped on the same day. All other orders are shipped within one business day. You will receive both an order confirmation email AND a shipment confirmation email from us with tracking information.

All shipments are carried via UPS Ground, unless you specify a PO Box for shipping. In that case, your order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. In both cases, you will be emailed a tracking number upon shipment.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with this product in ANY way, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Absolutely no questions asked. Prior to sending your return, we request that you first contact customer care so we can expect your package.

We strongly recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your return, to ensure that it reaches our warehouse successfully.
